Patty joined us two years ago. She brings with her an eight year career as an advertising executive in the radio industry. She is adept at business development which makes her a valuable part of our team.

Patty is responsible for the company’s marketing initiatives and strategies. This includes online marketing, PR, social media, and overall company positioning, as well as developing new offerings and revenues in alignment with the company’s business plan.

Patty’s contagious attitude and high level of compassion has resulted in bringing client satisfaction to an all-time high.

Patty has two boys Angel age 14 and Antonio age 13. She is a self proclaimed basketball mom. When she’s not spending time on the sidelines on a basketball court, she volunteers in one of the two Women’s prisons in Chowchilla, teaching and preparing women behind prison walls for re-entry back into the community. She is also an Angel Tree coordinator in the Central Valley, a program that provides Christmas gifts to children who have one or both parents incarcerated.

Dina Rosales

Client Services Director

Dina Rosales is a welcome addition to the Steen team of professional advisors. She brings with her an extraordinarily solid background of caring for the aged population. Having served in the Medi-Cal field for twelve years in both Santa Clara and Fresno counties, she became one of the top eligibility workers in the region.

Since crossing over to the private sector, she is responsible for the policies and procedures at Steen & Company regarding how all Medi-Cal applications are processed. Her vast experience has allowed for greater efficiency and reduced stress on our clients through the eligibility process.

Her hobbies include writing and playing music, and enjoying the creations of her husband Ray, a professional chef. In addition, they have five children and three pets that receive all of the love they can give.

Thelma Urbina

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Raised in the small town of Huron, California, Thelma Urbina has a rich heritage of family and easily develops friends wherever she goes. The many clients and friends of Steen & Company have come to know and appreciate her sincerity and kindness, especially when dealing with crisis-type situations.

A graduate of Coalinga High School, where she met her husband Manuel, Thelma brings several years of customer service and administrative expertise to Steen & Company. After spending time with her husband and their daughters, Mercedes and Nayeli, she also finds time to run. To date, she has completed two half-marathons and has no intentions of stopping there.

Nina Rowe

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Originally from Russia, Nina brings a strong work experience in the areas of customer relations and computer-related abilities. The majority of her day is devoted to serving Martha Kistler and her clients.

After attending Moscow State University of Railroad Engineering, she migrated west and attended Stratford Career Institute and ITT Technical Institute, graduating from both with highest honors. In addition, Nina is a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society and a Gold Key Recipient. Surprisingly, her ability to speak Russian fluently has served her well in the Central Valley. Nina is most excited to spend time with her family and enjoys reading fiction and (believe it or not), computer tech materials!

Erin Steen

Staff Photographer/Graphic Artist

Erin serves as the “Recorder of all great events” under the Steen & Company experiences. In addition, her artistic giftings have made her the perfect fit to design and implement all things visual. In her own time, she pursues her passions for painting, photography, and volunteering in the support of developmentally disabled persons.

Haileigh Steen

In between her college classes, Haileigh serves as an administrative assistant to Patty Ramirez.

In her spare time she enjoys shopping, staying fit, her fat cat Ole, and spending time with family. In addition, she sings on the Liberty Christian worship team and ministers to youth.

Jenny Steen

In between her college classes, Jenny serves as an administrative assistant to Patty Ramirez. While out of the office, her passion for baking and pastry design fills her time, with many a weekend invested in the design and creation of wedding and special event cakes. In addition, her chocolate lab Jake is always at her side.

Jon Freeman

Jon serves in the capacity of an IT Specialist between his times of study at Vanguard University. An award-winning vocalist and musician, Jon brings a creative talent rarely seen. The highly efficient systems at Steen & Company are due in large part to his commitment to excellence.
