Lisa Bennett, Vice President of Marketing
Mrs. Lisa Bennett is a sought after speaker, lecturer, and authority in the field of senior affairs. Mrs. Bennett is a leading advocate for the elderly and appears regularly on NBC’s local Central Valley Today Show as an expert and commentator. She was recently profiled in Business Street as one of the Valley’s most influential people under 40.
Lisa graduated from San Joaquin College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate Degree and holds a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Fresno. Since her graduation Lisa has championed the treatment, rights, benefits, and entitlements of older adults, United States Military Veterans, and the disabled.
Mrs. Bennett believes that the aging population is facing unprecedented changes and challenges. Longer life expectancies, desire for independent living, increasing medical and care-related expenses, legal, taxation, governmental, regulatory, and financial concerns require the integration and mastery of very specialized and diverse disciplines. Seniors must also contend with incorrect information, well intentioned professionals, failing health, and differing opinions within the family.

Lisa is married with 3 children. Having a husband who is a USC alumnus she was left little choice but to become a fanatical SC football fan. During the college football season she is either attending games at the Coliseum or hosting football parties at her residence. She also enjoys boating, golfing, and supporting her children’s many interests.
Cindy Ames, Regional Marketing Director
Mrs. Cindy Ames is a summa cum laude graduate from California State University Fresno, and holds the position of Regional Marketing Director at Soutas & Associates. In her role she is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with a myriad of agencies, organizations, and stakeholders that serve the elderly. Prior to joining Soutas, Cindy acted as a Community Relations Liaison for Horizon West Healthcare Inc., a privately held California company that provides administrative support and consulting services to 34 skilled nursing, assisted living, and retirement communities throughout California and Utah.
Cindy has an extensive breadth of executive experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors and possesses a broad background in designing and implementing marketing and communications programs to help organizations maximize their impact, outreach, and fundraising activities. Combining strategic perspective, practical vision, and a broad range of technical skills she has provided innovative approaches to meeting company goals. Her professional career has included positions with several high profile organizations, including Saint Agnes Medical Center Foundation and Hinds Hospice.
Ames is the current President of The Aging Network and President-elect of the Tulare Kings Continuity of Care Association. She is also an active member of the Senior Living Network, Home Services Council, and the Senior Coalition.
Cindy has been married for over 25 years and has three children. Her pastime pursuits include golfing, reading, photography, and traveling.
